Sandy Hatoum, BSN, MSGH, PMP, is a program specialist with the 黑料正能量’s Global Public Health Programs, where she supports the implementation and monitoring of international laboratory strengthening and infectious disease initiatives.
Hatoum previously conducted global health research at the Duke Global Health Institute, where she designed and analyzed mixed-methods studies, contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and collaborated with international partners on projects addressing global health challenges. Her earlier experience in the health insurance sector included managing claims operations, leading teams, strengthening client relationships and delivering data-driven insights that improved performance and decision-making.
She holds a Master of Science in Global Health from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the American University of Beirut and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
