- Abstract Decisions: Decisions regarding submitted abstracts were shared in early August. If you haven’t received your notification, please check your spam folder or email india@asmusa.org without delay.
- Accepted Abstracts—Next Steps: If your abstract was accepted for an oral or poster presentation, you are still required to submit the registration form. This form is separate from the abstract submission and is essential to complete your registration fee payment. If you missed the deadline, please email india@asmusa.org immediately, before Sept. 5, 2025, to avoid late fees. Note: Your spot will not be confirmed without registration.
- General Participants: Registration is now closed for all other participants. However, we invite you to explore our upcoming event in China.
- Registration Confirmation: Registration application notifications will be sent by Sept. 15. For selected presenters, the payment link will be shared by mid-September.
