Accepted Abstract Submitters Must Still Register!

Thank you for your interest in participating. Please review the following important updates:

• Abstract Decisions: Decisions regarding submitted abstracts were shared in early August. If you haven’t received your notification, please check your spam folder or email india@asmusa.org without delay. 
• Accepted Abstracts—Next Steps: If your abstract was accepted for an oral or poster presentation, you are still required to submit the registration form. This form is separate from the abstract submission and is essential to complete your registration fee payment. If you missed the deadline, please email india@asmusa.org immediately, before Sept. 5, 2025, to avoid late fees. Note: Your spot will not be confirmed without registration. 
• General Participants: Registration is now closed for all other participants. However, we invite you to explore our upcoming event in China. 
• Registration Confirmation: Registration application notifications will be sent by Sept. 15. For selected presenters, the payment link will be shared by mid-September.

Registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials (program booklet, participation certificate, etc), meals and gala dinner.  

Please note that accommodation, visa fees and travel expenses are not included and must be arranged separately by participants. 

If you require a visa support letter to attend the conference, please write to us at india@asmusa.org. We encourage international participants to apply for their visas well in advance. 

The ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿Global Research Symposium does not provide an official hotel for conference attendees or grants to assist with travel and booking. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel, meals and accommodations. To assist with planning, we have compiled a list of recommended hotels near the event venue; however, ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿has not negotiated any special rates or room blocks with these hotels.
